SOUNDPROOFING

In soundproofing, we provide the solutions to reduce noise pollution by reducing noise at its source, by inhibiting sound propagation using noise barriers or similar such Glass wool, Mineral Wool, Fiber Wool, Rock Wool, Acoustic Blocks and Customized Panels. We use CRC or HRC of MS, SS or Aluminium as per requirement to make the Panels. In our workshop, we develope the panels as per the project requirement.
We can achieve significant noise reductions as per requirement.

VIBRATION CONTROL

While the car or truck engines or pulsator machines are getting tested in the acoustic chambers, it produces a lot of vibrations.
We provide solutions to control those vibrations. For that we use Vibration Dampers or Pads as per requirement.

VENTILATION SYSTEM

For all the smoke, gases and heat produced in the rigorous testing sessions in acoustic chambers, it requires a good ventilation system for those to route outside the chamber.
We provide various solutions for the same, such as an exhaust system for the Smoke and Heat produced and channel it separately through the ventilation system with the filtration of all the harmful gases before they go out in the open air.
To provide the fresh air inside the chamber, there is a separate channel which filters the dust and other particles from air before it reaches inside. Here, we also control the noise produced by the air.

3D DESIGNING

At AcoProof, we are always striving to keep pace with the current generation and technology.

Under our brand “Amit Chippa CGI”, we provide extensive 3D Visualization support for each project.

What do we do?
3D Visualization helps the viewer to see how the project will look and function after completion even before it has been started. We provide 3D rendered images of interior and exterior of the proposed project with the walkthrough animation video when it is required. We have a dedicated 3D designing team for this work.
